由台灣國立中興大學人文社會科學前瞻研究中心、國際政治研究所以及日本龍谷大學國際事務研究中心共同主辦之【東西方論壇】Global International Relations: Emerging New Normal and the Changing Global Order Rethinking Religion, Civilization and Foreign Policy in the New Normal，於7月3日（週一）及7月4日（週二）舉辦。

　　本場次工作坊為實體會議模式，共分為場次A、場次B與場次C，主題分別為：

Panel A: New Normal? Pandemic, War, Great Power and Changing Global Order

Panel B: FWar, Peace and Foreign Policy in the New Normal

Panel C: Religion and Civilization in the New Normal

　　本次論壇旨在探討疫情後，新舊秩序跌宕更替的社會觀察，包含亞洲的戰略重新配置、聯防與評估，到烏俄戰爭，亞洲外交策略的連動，由與會學者及青年學者們進行論文發表及討論。
